People make comments and ask questions all the time, about interest rates and how the market is performing….

Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market in 2022 was strong. More homes sold and on average they negotiated less. Luxury is holding strong! Should I say it again. They are selling for more than ever and negotiating less. The rate hikes haven't made a huge impact to this point.
You can look through the statistics and note going back several years, especially in 2019 there are over double the number of homes selling now at these price points.
PENDINGS in the Luxury Market has dropped considerably over the last several months. However this is not entirely uncommon but is lower than last year this time. The next few months are really going to be an eye opener to what's really going on. See January 2022 Statistics below.
