Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remain on the move. We are still in the MIDDLE of the best or 2nd BEST Luxury Market the Greater Pittsburgh Area has ever seen. Inventory has increased 30% in this sector since Febraury 2023. Additionally this sector of the market has remained stabile. It will be interesting to see with the increased inventory if this does start to shift to the buyers advantage.
PENDINGS in the Luxury Market has increased slightly over the last month, but nothing really notable. It is showing more activity than last year at this time.
