Think about this, Luxury homes sold is behind last year, however MORE Luxury homes sold in 2025 than 2019 & 2020 combined and far exceeded 2023. I am excited to see what 2025 brings

YTD Statistics

Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained on the move. We are definitely behind 2024 at this point. However we still in one of greatest Luxury Markets the Greater Pittsburgh Area has ever seen. Active inventory (available homes) has decreased 20%, pendings (under contract homes) have decreased 30%, solds (sold homes) decreased 15% in this sector since March 2024. Not sure if this is canary for the overall market . It will be interesting to see if the decreased inventory shifts to the buyers or sellers market.

I have studied with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have a robust marketing plan for Luxury homes! - Nick
