Think about this, MORE Luxury homes sold in 2023 than 2019 & 2020 combined. 2024 is pacing ahead of 2023.

YTD Statistics

Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has remained on the move. We are still in the MIDDLE of the best or 2nd BEST Luxury Market the Greater Pittsburgh Area has ever seen. Inventory (available homes) has increased 20%, pendings (under contract homes) have increased 25%, solds (sold homes) increased 30% in this sector since June 2023 and has remained stabile. It will be interesting to see with the increased inventory if this does start to shift to the buyers advantage, it does look like there is about .43% additional negotiating going on which amounts to about $6,100.

PENDINGS in the Luxury Market has increased slightly over the last month, but nothing really notable. It is showing more activity than last year at this time.

I have studied with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have a robust marketing plan for Luxury homes! - Nick
