Comparing the last several years the High-end Luxury market has softened ever so slightly compared to 2021 & 2022. However we are in the MIDDLE of the best Luxury Market the Greater Pittsburgh Area has ever seen. More homes sold 2023 than 2019 & 2020 combined. This sector of the market has been very stabile and is running ahead of the all the years before 2021.

PENDINGS in the Luxury Market has decreased slightly over the last month, but nothing really notable. The next few months are really going to be truth serum of sorts to what's really going on.

I have studied with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and have a robust marketing plan for Luxury homes!
